Our OWN Cyber Security Incident
At The Computer Department, we live and breathe digital safety. We've seen it all, from smooth customer service to the most dangerous hacking attacks. But nothing could have prepared us for the sinister threat that our TCD detection system picked up recently.
Our client's dedicated system was under a massive cyberattack, and we knew we had to act fast. The danger was real, and the client's businesses were at stake.
However, our SOC team immediately sprang into action, ready to face the cybercriminal head-on and do all it takes to stop them from getting away with it. The SOC team watched the threat unfold in real-time while the hacker made over ten thousand attempts in just under a minute to hack our systems, each one more malicious and dangerous than the last.
But we stood firm and resolute. Our defences were up, and we were ready to take whatever the hacker threw at us. The battle was short-lived and with our multi-layered defence system and SOC team working overtime.... we came out on top.
It was a fight like no other, one where we knew that the stakes were high. We emerged victorious, with our client's system safe and sound.
