Chat Support Now Online

“We are thrilled to announce our latest improvement to your customer experience: the launch of our Realtime Online Support Chat!”

The Computer Department extends its helpdesk support services to Realtime Chat.

During the past years of unprecedented COVID-19 isolation and the shift to remote work, we took another step to ensure you are not alone when faced with IT issues. We introduced personalised Zoom sessions to provide face-to-face assistance, mirroring the in-person customer service you would receive directly at your home office in a traditional setting. To ensure that you always felt connected and supported.

As we navigate the recovery phase post-Covid, we understand that efficiency is more crucial than ever. As everyone is busy catching up with work, in recent days, more and more, you have been skipping and missing our Zoom sessions. That's why we've added Realtime Support Chat to our range of support options - so you can find help and get back to work quickly.

To this end, we have decided to transition away from our Zoom sessions slowly. Though Zoom sessions were a valuable resource during lockdowns, we're now focusing on ways to bring more of our support resources to you.

We've taken your feedback to heart and have implemented this new channel to enhance our communication with you. This service is built on our commitment to improvement and our desire to help our valued clients.

Our Helpdesk Support button system remains, helping you to submit a support ticket and schedule a time for us to assist asap. Our support team will be ready to chat online with you at the scheduled time, avoiding unnecessary missed calls, significantly reducing response times, and ensuring your questions are answered promptly.

We're looking forward to chatting with you in real-time and providing the assistance you need when you need it. We hope this new feature makes your experience with us even better!
